How can I find out if pets are allowed in a Mercure hotel?

On the booking form, select your destination. The page that is displayed provides additional search criteria for you to choose from. You can refine your search by clicking the corresponding option: Pets allowed.

Do Mercure hotels have rooms for smokers?

Can children stay in their parents' room?

In some hotels, one or two children are allowed to stay in the parents' room. Please enquire when making your booking.

How do I find out if the hotel where I want to stay can accommodate disabled guests?
