I have a loyalty card. Are points credited to my account when I make a booking online?

When you book online, your loyalty card still accumulates points. Present your card directly to hotel reception to receive full credit for each night you spend at the hotel. Currently, it is not possible to book free nights on the Mercure hotel website.

Do I have to use my Le Club Accorhotels loyalty points before the end of the year?

Le Club Accorhotels points are valid for a period of 12 months (365 consecutive days) following the date on which they were recorded. Validity is extended by another 365 days each time a member records a credit transaction on his/her account (not including adjustments).

I'm responsible for organising events at my company, what are the benefits of booking an Accor hotel?

As the person responsible for organising seminars and meetings at your company, you can benefit from an Le Club Accorhotels Meeting Planner loyalty card free of charge. You earn loyalty points every time you make a booking at the hotel.
