Highway 1 (Bombay), turn left onto Highway 2 until you reach Highway 25 (40min). Take Thames turnoff. Once you come over the large bridge at the entrance of the Coromandel Peninsula follow signage to Tairua and Whitianga turning right on the roundabout. After 500m turn left onto Highway 25a (Whitianga Tairua). Drive for 30 min, turn right into Hikuai Settlement Rd. Entering Pauanui go straight ahead to the second roundabout and turn right into Beach Rd. Turn right into Mount Avenue and continue to the end
